As a Lead Generation Specialist at EcoWater Texas, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential customers for our premium water treatment solutions. This role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional service and quality products to enhance the lives of our clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Actively approach and engage in-store shoppers to generate leads
  • Use creativity and independence to attract interest and set appointments
  • Overcome challenges and rejection with a positive, go-getter attitude
  • Work independently, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation techniques including telemarketing and warm calling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and customer relationships is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
